I created School Psych AI based on my experience as a practitioner for over 15 years. I know what it’s like to have stacks of reports waiting, kids who need you now, and a system that demands more than there are hours in the day.

 

After over a decade as a school psychologist in P.G. County and D.C., I wasn’t just tired. I saw how the workload was pulling good practitioners away from what really matters: the students.

I’ve always believed in shifting from what’s wrong to what’s strong. But it’s hard to focus on strengths when you're buried under paperwork. That’s why I built this platform. Not for tech’s sake, but to make the work more human again. To reduce the stress. To help school psychologists get their time back. To make room for real conversations, better decisions, and stronger outcomes, especially for kids who too often get overlooked.
